What Fay can offer

Fay, our founder and director, holds and BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MSc in War and Psychiatry from Kings College London. As well as developing and delivering a range of psycho-educational training programs to various charities and corporate organisations, which include His Majesties Prison and Probation Services, employment wellbeing services, local councils, and the housing sector, Fay is also an experienced university lecturer, winning the University of East London award for most creative lecturer in 2023.

As a qualified clinical supervisor trained to supervise both in-person and online practice, Fay aims to establish a collaborative, creative and supportive environment for all supervisees. She is guided by the Hawkins and Shoet 7-Eyed Model of Supervision with her approach focusing on promoting the personal and professional growth of practitioners by encouraging and gently challenging perspectives in order to help you gain new insights, broaden awareness and maintain ethical practice.

Depending on your role, or where you are in your therapeutic career, Fay’s adaptable approach to supervision ensures that your clinical needs are met and sessions are appropriately suited whether you are a trainee or a qualified practitioner.

What Peter can offer

Peter, our co-founder and partner, has a diverse employment history with an almost 40-year military career, five years working in the private sector, and more recently working in the third sector supporting a charity that offers unique training opportunities for young men in the criminal justice system. Peter has delivered training courses internationally including in Canada and the Middle East. With over 10 years-experience in bereavement and general practice, he continues to focus his private study on trauma and its impacts on the human condition.
